IP Address

All visitors to this site will have their IP address logged to facilitate operational and security monitoring.
Logs are retained for 90 days.

Username

If you login your username will be used to determine authorisation.
Managers may be able to see individuals who have access to their data.

Research data collected e.g. via our mobile apps may be associated with the authorising username. While data is intended to be kept indefinitely to support academic access and reproducibility, your account information can be removed from this system if requested. Please contact support@csrf.ac.uk if this is needed.
